Outlining a Talent Mobility Strategy
While working at J&J I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with different business segments and deep dive into their unique strategies. The purpose of J&J’s Global Talent Mobility group is getting employees in the right places in the world at the right times, fostering critical business collaboration. The group has quickly pivoted their strategy in recent years and is putting the employee’s experience at the center of what they do. The imagery chosen reflect the major upside of successful Talent Mobilty, the in-person connection. The “Moments that Matter” graph I designed details the employees emotional experience throughout a move to a new country. The whitepaper is designed to make a complex strategy concise and smart using abstract illustration to drive key points.
